Tasting Notes: Aromas of raspberry, black currant and mocha lead into rich flavors of black cherry, huckleberry and dark chocolate. Rich and fruit-forward, this juicy red blend pairs perfectly with BBQ ribs or grilled peach salad.
Winemaker Notes: The 2020 vintage in the Columbia Valley was shaped by another cooler-than-usual growing season, beginning with a moderate spring that led to a later bud break. Temperatures throughout the summer remained temperate and mild. This allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and develop a great concentration of flavor, while maintaining bright, with a balanced acidity.

appellation: Washington ─ Oregon
vintage: 2021
alcohol: 13.5%
ta:5.6 g/L
ph:3.32
Winemaker Notes: All grapes used in this blend were harvested at night during the coolest part of the day when the skins are at their most firm. The grapes were then gently pressed early in the morning. The resulting juice was taken to tank, settled until clear, and transferred off the solids into a separate tank to begin a long, cool fermentation. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% Stainless. After six months, the wines were blended and bottled.
Tasting Notes: A dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Bright aromas of Meyer lemon and pear are followed by mouthwatering flavors of apricot and nectarine. Smooth and refreshing, the zippy acidity and rich minerality carry through to a lively, lingering finish.

Winemaker Notes: Grapes were picked for rosé when sugars were still quite low (approximately 21 Brix). The berries were gently crushed and allowed to rest on the skins for several hours. After just enough contact to capture a bright salmon color, we pressed them off the skins. The juice was then fermented slowly at very cool temperatures to protect the delicate aromas.
Tasting Notes: Bright, vibrant rosé with aromas of watermelon and raspberry followed by a hint of fresh lavender. Flavors of strawberry and pink grapefruit are well balanced by a lively, refreshing acidity that lingers on the finish.

Tasting Notes: Bright aromas of ripe strawberry and raspberry open up on the nose along with a hint of cedar. Vibrant flavors of red cherry and cranberry follow, accompanied by accents of black tea and thy me, with a dash of pink peppercorn. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide structure and balance through the lingering finish.
Winemaker Notes: We hand-selected lots from several sources throughout Oregon’s cooler wine-growing regions including 5% from the historic Hy land Vineyard in McMinnville, and 3% from Dundee Hills. After crush, we cold-fermented in open-top vats using hand punch downs and then aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak.

vintage: 2021
alcohol: 13.5%
ta:6.7 g/L

Winemaker Notes: Just north of the Van Duzer Corridor, nestled in the foothills of Oregon’s Coast Range, the gentle slopping bench of Hyland Vineyard is in a uniquely isolated spot. The site benefits from cooler average temperatures in the summer and warmer average temperatures in the winter allowing for a longer and more uniform ripening period. Planted in 1971 by Pinot pioneers Charles Coury and Dick Erath, the vineyard consists of 185 planted acres on 95% Jory volcanic soils in the McMinnville AVA. The elevation is between 600’ – 850’.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe Italian plums perfumed by notes of violets, ripe red cherries, and a subtle hint of soft leather, backed by velvety tannins and a touch of minerality.
