Pinot Gris

varietal: 100% Pinot Gris

appellation: Washington ─ Oregon

vintage: 2022

alcohol: 13.5%

ta:5.6 g/L

ph:3.29

Winemaker Notes: All grapes used in this blend were harvested at night during the coolest part of the day when the skins are most firm. The grapes were then gently pressed early in the morning. The resulting juice was taken to tank, settled until clear, and transferred off the solids into a separate tank to begin a long, cool fermentation. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% Stainless. After six months, the wines were blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes: A deliciously dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear, and stone fruit,  followed by peach and green apple flavors. A sturdy acid backbone with lovely mineral notes makes this easy to enjoy on its own or with any seafood, veggie, or light pasta dish.

Rosé

varietal: 100% Syrah

appellation: Columbia Valley, Washington

vintage: 2024

alcohol: 12.5%

ta:5.3 g/L

ph:3.33

Winemaker Notes: Grapes were picked for rosé when sugars were still quite low (approximately 21 Brix). The berries were gently crushed and allowed to rest on the skins for several hours. After just enough contact to capture a bright salmon color, we pressed them off the skins. The juice was then fermented slowly at very cool temperatures to protect the delicate aromas.

Tasting Notes: This lively and fresh Rosé captivates the senses with hints of peach and white pepper, supported by delightful flavors of cherry and citrus. A harmonious experience with its bright, refreshing acidity that lingers on the palate. Ideal for savoring at any moment, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, BBQ, or spicy cuisine..

Fermentation: 100% Stainless Steel

appellation: Oregon

vintage: 2022

alcohol: 13.5%

ta:5.3 g/L

Winemaker Notes: We hand-selected lots from several sources throughout Oregon’s cooler wine-growing regions including 5% from the historic Hy land Vineyard in McMinnville, and 3% from Dundee Hills. After crush, we cold-fermented in open-top vats using hand punch downs and then aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak.

appellation: McMinnville, Willamette Valley, OR

vintage: 2021

alcohol: 13.5%

The site benefits from cooler average temperatures in the summer and warmer average temperatures in the winter allowing for a longer and more uniform ripening period.
