Sauvignon Blanc

varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

appellation: Columbia Valley, Washington

vintage: 2025

alcohol: 13%

ta:5.4 g/L

ph:3.15

Tasting Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc is everything you want after a day outside: bright, refreshing, and easy to love. Aromas of kiwi and fresh-squeezed lemon drift from the glass, followed by grapefruit, honeysuckle, and a crisp streak of citrus on the palate. Clean acidity keeps things lively, while the balance and freshness make every sip feel effortless. It’s the kind of wine that pairs just as well with fresh seafood and summer salads as it does with a sunset around the campfire.

Winemaker Notes: The fruit was picked under the cover of night, when temperatures were cool and everything in the vineyard was at its freshest. Whole clusters were gently pressed, then fermented in 100% stainless steel at cool temperatures to lock in the bright citrus, orchard fruit, and vibrant character of the variety. After fermentation, the wine spent three months in stainless steel before being racked o the lees and bottled. Simple, straightforward, and intentional, letting the freshness of the fruit do all the talking.

Pinot Gris

appellation: Washington ─ Oregon

vintage: 2024

alcohol: 12.5%

ta:6.5 g/L

ph:3.33

The resulting juice was taken to tank, settled until clear, and transferred off the solids into separate tanks to begin a long, cool fermentation. After fermentation, the wines rested on lees in 100% Stainless for six months before the best lots were blended and bottled.

Rosé

varietal: 100% Syrah

appellation: Columbia Valley, Washington

vintage: 2024

alcohol: 12.5%

ta:5.3 g/L

ph:3.33

Winemaker Notes: Grapes were picked for rosé when sugars were still quite low (approximately 21 Brix). The berries were gently crushed and allowed to rest on the skins for several hours. After just enough contact to capture a bright salmon color, we pressed them off the skins. The juice was then fermented slowly at very cool temperatures to protect the delicate aromas.

Tasting Notes: This lively and fresh Rosé captivates the senses with hints of peach and white pepper, supported by delightful flavors of cherry and citrus. A harmonious experience with its bright, refreshing acidity that lingers on the palate. Ideal for savoring at any moment, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, BBQ, or spicy cuisine..
